Someone in one of the groups I belong to posted this mani and I decided to recreate it. I forgot that persons name so if it's you please please comment so I can credit you properly!

When The Wolfbane Blooms And The Autumn Moon Is Bright

I was watching The Wolfman (1941.. I DO NOT watch remakes) and got inspired. The Wolfman is one of the very first horror movies I saw as a child.. I was probably 5 or 6 and my uncle was babysitting me. Back then channel 68 would play creature double features on Sundays. Each Sunday he would plop me down in front of the TV and we would watch them together. I love it.
Base Color: OPI Alpine Snow
Brown, Tan, White, Red Acrylic Paint
Sally Hansen Lightening
Wet n Wild Black Creme
So I am going to add this to the re-do list.
I am not sure if I like this or not.
Until tomorrow my lovelies!

A Haunting We Will Go-Go

It's dreary and rainy out today. I spent most of the day watching horror movies (surprise surprise) and catching up with old friends.
I know I have done a graveyard scene before but this is a haunted estate!!Ooooo.

The smell isn't strong but it makes me lightheaded for some odd reason!
Close up of the thumb.
This was a lot of fun to do. I did 90% of it with a pushpin!

Halloween grows closer and I am growing more and more excited!

Which Witch?

Once again, I am sick. I have a sinus infection again. I really want to stab my left eye. Despite feeling like I am dying (I maybe exaggerating), I did my nails. I'm going to be honest.. I forgot to moisturize my cuticles.. Please don't hate me for it! Hahaha
Base Color: Kleancolor Purple
Black, white, sea glass acrylic paint,
Hair: Essie School of Hard Rock
Buckle: Sally Hansen Lightening
Piggy Polish- Nocture-Nail
They all glow in the dark!!!
My boyfriend said he doesn't really see how they are witches.
He is more used to the pointy hat and such.
I will be doing that as well.

What do you think about this mani?

I am headed up to New Hampshire for a day or apple cider and the world's largest arcade..
I hope everyone has a great weekend!!
Until tomorrow!!

Monster Lab

I first staredt off with the idea of doing Purple People Eaters.. Then that changed to cyclops. Then it evolved into what you see here.
I seriously cannot help but giggle when I look at this mani.
It cracks me up. Their personalities show through (does that make me sound odd?)
I really cannot remember what I used. All I know is that it's a lot.
If you really want to know what I used, please ask. I don't mind!
My favorite is the guy on my pointer finger. He looks like a pineapple!
Hahah
I have a lot of great ideas coming up for the rest of October.

Until tomorrow my pretties!!!

Whistling Past The Graveyard

Today is another late post. Sorry! I spent the whole day outside helping my uncle with a project. Thankfully I was up early enough to actually do my nails. I couldn't decide on what look to do so I turned to my friend for suggestions. She said gravestones, so I took that and ran with it.

Also, Whistling Past The Graveyard is my favorite Screamin' Jay Hawkins song.
Zoya: Kelly
White and Black acrylic paint
Sally Hansen: Lightening
China Glaze: Ghoulish Glow
I love them so much!!!!!!

Until tomorrow my pretties!!!

Geek Week: Wingardium Leviosa

Day 5: Harry Potter

Today is the last day of Geek Week. I've had a lot of fun doing a themed week. Especially one that I actually fell through with each day.
My cousin gave me the idea to do Harry Potter themed. Harry Potter has been a huge part of her life, since she was 8 or 9. Harry Potter is such an amazing series! I can't believe it's over.
Anywho, here's the nail art.
Thumb: Deathly Hallows
Pointer: Gryffindor
Middle: Slytherin
Ring: Ravenclaw
Pinky: Hufflepuff

A lot of people were confused about the house colors. In the movies, Ravenclaw is portrayed as being blue and gray/silver. In the books, Ravenclaw's colors are blue and bronze. I chose to go with the book colors.

Here's a better look at the house colors:

On to what I used! It was a lot of polish!
Thumbs
Base Color: Maybelline Classic Black
Deathly Hallows Symbol: White Acrylic Paint

Pointer-Gryffindor
Base Color: China Glaze Phat Santa
Image Plate: BM20
Stamp Color: China Glaze 2030

Middle-Slytherin
Base Color: Sinful Colors San Francisco
Image Plate: BM20
Stamp Color: China Glaze Millennium

Ring-Ravenclaw
Base Color: China Glaze First Mate
Image Plate: BM20
Stamp Color: Sally Hansen Bronze Ablaze

Pinky-Hufflepuff
Base Color: Sally Hansen Lightening
Image Plate: BM20
Stamp Color: Konad Black

All topped with a coat of Seche Vite!
